A Scotmid member meeting, such as the OGM is an opportunity for you to find out more about Scotmid, meet other members and your member representatives and be a part of Scotmid’s democratic process. Members who have held a minimum shareholding of £1 since 30th June 2019 are eligible to attend and vote at member meetings.
The registration is now open. The deadline for registration is 4pm on Monday 23 September 2019. You will be sent your entrance ticket and a copy of the Society’s Annual Report.
Remember you can cast your Community Connect votes at the meeting or in store to award three Good Cause Groups up to £15,000.
East, North and West members must be a member for at least three months (since 30th June 2019) in order to attend. East, North and West members who have been a member for less than six months will be able to cast their Community Connect votes and observe the remainder of the meeting.
East Region AGM – for members living in the East Region including members of the former Seaton Valley Society – is on Monday 30th September 2019 at 6.30pm – The President’s Suite, BT Murrayfield Stadium, 110 Roseburn Street, Edinburgh, EH12 5PJ
North Region AGM – for members living in the North Region – is on Tuesday 1st October 2019 at 6:30 pm – Brechin Community Campus, Duke Street, Brechin, DD9 6LB
West Region AGM – for members living in the West Region including members of the former Penrith Society – is on Tuesday 1st October 2019 at 6.30 pm – Doubletrees by Hilton Strathclyde, Phoenix Crescent, Bellshill, ML4 3JQ
