At the Ordinary General Meetings held in Edinburgh and Hamilton on 1 October 2012, the following Members were elected to serve on the Board.
Board Members to represent the East Region
There were 2 places available for 3 year terms of office. The results of the votes cast were as follows:
Alexandra Williamson was re-elected to serve for a 3 year term and David Paterson was elected to serve for 3 year term.
Board Members to represent the West Region
There was an uncontested election with 2 places available for 3 year terms of office. Patrick Devenney and Jim Watson re-elected to serve.
