At the Ordinary General Meeting held in Edinburgh, Hamilton and Brechin on 30 September and 1 October 2013, there were uncontested elections for 4 places to serve on the Board. The following Members were re-elected.
Board Member to represent the East Region
Harry Cairney was re-elected to serve a 3 year term of office
Board Members to represent the West Region
Ian Bailey and Jim Gilchrist were re-elected to serve 3 year terms of office
Board Member to represent the North Region
John Anderson was re-elected to serve a 3 year term of office
