Results of Board Election 2023
Two nominations were received from the East Regional Committee for the one place to serve following Harry Cairney’s retirement. Following a contested election Brian Weddell was elected to serve a 3 year term of office. There were uncontested elections in the West and North AGM’s with Michael Ross, Iain Gilchrist and Richard McCready all re-elected to serve further 3 year terms of office.
Results of Regional Committee Elections 2023
At the Annual General Meetings held in Bellshill on Monday 24 April 2023, Inverness on Tuesday 25 April 2023 and in Edinburgh on Wednesday 26 April Edinburgh there were elections to serve on the Regional Committees.
East Regional Committee
Following a contested election the following members were elected to serve for 3 year terms: Brian Weddell, Lesley Hinds, Helen Dalley and John Baxter.
Lakes & Dales (Seaton Delaval area)
Chris Henderson was re-elected following an uncontested election
West Regional Committee
The following members were re-elected to serve 3 year terms following an uncontested election: Michael Ross, Iain Gilchrist, Karen Scott and Marie Kane
North Regional Committee
Following an uncontested election Ally Hutchison, Richard McCready, David Patterson and Denise Taylor were all re-elected to serve 3 year terms.
