Now in its 16th year, the HIM Awards, formerly known as the CTP Awards, is one of the most prestigious and unforgettable events in the convenience industry calendar and in last week’s ceremony in London, Scotmid came out on top – being named Shopper’s Favourite Food To Go Convenience Retailer for 2018.
The HIM Awards are the only Awards to be judged by a panel of 20,000 shoppers and store staff across the UK. This award is based on a purchase penetration of the food to go shopper and satisfaction ratings in delivering against shopper’s expectations for food and hot drinks to go.
Head of Format and Store Development Mike Gordon and Food To Go Operations Manager Danny Scobie received the award.
