Your registration is being processed. Prior to the meeting, you will receive a copy of our Summary Annual Report, an entry ticket, and a meeting information pack. Please note that you must bring your share book or Community Connect card plus your entry ticket to attend the meeting. If you have requested a duplicate share book, this will be issued to you at the registration desk when you arrive at the meeting.
Your accumulated Community Connect votes may be cast in stores until Saturday 20 April 2024 or in person at an AGM. Members vote for one good cause group only – votes cannot be split between different good cause groups. As a thank you for attending the meeting, Members attending will receive 15 additional votes to cast for their chosen good cause group at the AGM. Members must have held their Scotmid membership for at least three months to attend and cast their Community Connect votes at the AGM.
Anyone who has been a member for less than 6 months is welcome to attend the AGM but cannot vote on Society matters.
Here is a reminder of when and where our AGMs are being held:
East: Monday 29 April 2024 at 02 Academy (Formerly The Corn Exchange), 11 New Market Road, Edinburgh EH14 1RJ. For members residing in the East Region and former members of Seaton Valley Society.
North: Tuesday 30 April 2024 at Altens Hotel, Souter Head Road, Cove Bay, Aberdeen AB12 3LF. For members residing in the North Region.
West: Wednesday 1 May 2024 at DoubleTree by Hilton, Strathclyde Business Park, Phoenix Crescent, Bellshill, ML4 3JQ. For members residing in the West Region and former members of the Penrith Society.
All meetings commence at 6:30pm.
Registered members are invited to join us from 5:30pm, when venue registration opens, to explore trade stands and enjoy refreshments.
