I, David Patterson, wish to be re-elected to serve on the North Regional Committee to enable me to continue the work of promoting Scotmid and all that it has to offer within my local community. I wish to be able to continue to inform local people via my position of store manager in a local store of the benefits of Membership, the availability of Community Grants and raise awareness of the many ways in which Scotmid helps our local communities. I want to continue to be involved in local Scotmid arranged initiatives to showcase the Society. I also wish to continue to expand my knowledge of the Cooperative Movement and of its importance in the community via attendance at ongoing training sessions arranged by the Society. Such training sessions improve my performance as a Committee member.
