Your registration is being processed. Prior to the meeting, you will receive a copy of our Interim Report, an entry ticket, and a meeting information pack. Please note that you must bring your share book or Community Connect card plus your entry ticket to attend the meeting. If you have requested a duplicate share book, this will be issued to you at the registration desk when you arrive at the meeting.
Your accumulated Community Connect votes may be cast in stores until Sunday 25th September or in person at an OGM. Members vote for one good cause group only – votes cannot be split between different good cause groups. As a thank you for attending the meeting, Members attending will receive 15 additional votes to cast for their chosen good cause group at the OGM. Click here to find out more about the three groups shortlisted in your region. Members must have held their Scotmid membership for at least three months to attend and cast their Community Connect votes at an OGM.
Members of less than six months may observe the OGM but cannot vote on Society matters.
Here is a reminder of when and where our OGMs are being held:
East: Monday 3 October 2022 at 6:30pm at the 02 Academy (formerly The Corn Exchange), 11 New Market Road, Edinburgh, EH14 1RJ. For members residing in the East Region and former members of Seaton Valley Co-operative.
West: Monday 3 October 2022 at 6:30pm at DoubleTree by Hilton, Strathclyde Business Park, Phoenix Crescent, Bellshill, ML4 3JQ. For members residing in the West Region and former members of the Penrith Society.
North: Tuesday 4 October 2022 at 6:30pm at Apex City Quay Hotel, 1 West Victoria Dock Road, Dundee, DD1 3JP. For members residing in the North Region.
