Elected Members and Directors’ Remuneration Policy

The Elected Members and Directors’ Remuneration Policy, originally approved by members in 2021 for a three‑year period and extended for a further two years in 2024, is now due for review. The policy sets out the arrangements for remuneration, delegation fees and attendance payments for elected members and directors.

Following a review by the Remuneration Committee, a revised policy has been proposed and can be found here. On the recommendation of the Remuneration Committee, the Board proposes that members approve the adoption of the revised policy at the 2026 AGMs. If approved, the policy will take effect from 29 April 2026 and apply for the next three annual reviews.
